How are volume seat purchases managed?

When you bundle seats for a volume discount, one person on your team is assigned as the seat manager. They get access to a dashboard where they can:
  • Add crew members, individually or in bulk
  • Reassign a seat if someone leaves. The seat stays with the company.
  • See how crew members are progressing through courses

Can I buy one course instead of a membership?

Only full membership subscriptions are offered, and by design. Nearly every job pulls from multiple techniques. Course-by-course pricing would effectively put a paywall in between you and completing your job. Having one membership, everything unlocked, is both simpler and cheaper than buying the four courses you'd actually need.

Are custom license arrangements available?

Yes. Please contact us regarding your needs.

Can I ask the instructors questions?

Yes. Instructors are part of the community. There is a community space dedicated to asking questions related to DCPro courses.

Is one-on-one training available?

Not at this time. However, our goal is to provide training that's most helpful for the decorative concrete community. If you've got feedback, let us know!
